All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and local carrier services.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

International Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Serevalo™ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided during checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
