Returns & Refund Eligibility
At Serevalo™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original packaging
Refund Process

In these cases, Serevalo™ will provide either:
- A replacement product
- Or a full refund at no additional cost
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:
